come into my world

“Thirty-six characters from different stages of life – representations of different times – interact in one room, moving in loops, observed by a static camera.”  – Zbig Rybczynski

Explaining how particle clones live in multiple states in the same place, within the same short duration of time, inches away from each other is difficult to explain using descriptive language of everyday common sense experience.

Theoretical physicists have proved space is flappable – like bedsheets twisting wild on washing lines in powerful gusts of wind – by using symbols, equations, algebraic expressions, functions and differential calculus. Something like “3World in 4Time” can be proved with mathematical formulae.

Poets have gut feeling about bent light. Overrides the need to scientifically solve measurement problems of warped time and space. Just feel it.

Artists can do it too. Although Zbigniew Rybczyński’s Tango was once freely accessible via social video, only a Tango website link  is currently available. Does appear Rybczynski’s animation has been influential on filmmaker Michel Gondry. Best known for The Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Gondry directed  two pop videos  illustrating near-cloning in an entertaining style.
